For future reference*Written before the official announcement in the morning of 2016/05/07 Battlefield The game practically I grew up on. To give a bit context, I first got into gaming with games like Driver, Simcity 2000, The Sims 2, Trainz, so on. I first got into Battlefield with BF2 December 2005, a few months later we got an internet connection installed but I didn't actually start playing online until about 2008. There were two main things I loved about all those old games. 1 . The ability to play the entire game [apart from multi-player features ofc] offline. 2 . The ability to mod the game files to your liking. And what's missing from games these days? So don't be surprised when I don't board the hype train. I still play BF2 today because it was the last [in my eyes] real battlefield game, heck I got over 2500 hours logged. Also lets not forget BF2142 which is basically bf2 but set 132 years later. I kinda skipped BFBC2, to give a bit more detail....
No real plan, goal or even intention behind this blog. As the title says... I simply want to say something.
